Ron Magnusson, CRPC, has been in the manufacturing and engineering arenas for over twenty years, with the last ten years being specifically dedicated to recruiting. His experience from working first hand as a manager and CEO in a manufacturing environment gives him an understanding of the importance and challenge involved in finding top candidates for critical needs when they arise.

After spending eight years with one of the country's largest recruiting firms heading up their engineering and manufacturing department, he opened Norseman Recruiting in 1998 to offer his clients the more personal service they deserved. Since that time, Norseman has served notable companies in the automotive, electronic, aviation, plastics, chemical, and metals industries.

Norseman's goal is to identify, qualify, and place top talent with quality companies for the betterment of both. Successful searches have included engineers in project, product, applications, and process positions as well as finance, sales and marketing, production management, maintenance management, quality control, and even CEO's and upper management.

Just for fun . . . Ron Magnusson, proud of and always intrigued by his Viking heritage (his father was born in Iceland), has tried to bring to Norseman Recruiting the tenacity, creativity, and adventuresome spirit of his ancestry.
